How to read this
- Response win time: the window inside which the lead is 3–8× more likely to convert vs. any slower reply. UAE buyers open WhatsApp within 90 seconds of submitting a form.
- Cost per lead: blended Meta + Google, all-in (creative + management + spend). Excludes remarketing-only accounts and pure branded search.
- WhatsApp reply rate: % of leads that reply at least once within 24h to a first outbound WhatsApp. AI follow-up doubles this vs. manual reps.
- Booked / show: % of leads that reach a booked consult, viewing, tour, trial or redemption — depending on the niche's real end-goal, not the vanity metric.
